Hello! I am beginning to settle into my new apartment and have finally had the time to take some pictures. While waiting for my new stock, after what we will call modestly my "non yarn episode", I dug deep into my leftover sock yarn and came out with a little less than 100 grams.
Pattern: My own recipe.
Yarn: Sweet Georgia, Tough Love Sock (Mist) 68 grams & Dream in Color, Smooshy (Wisterious) 29 grams.
Needles: Addi Turbo Circular, 2.75mm, 80cm.
Recipe: CO 60 with CC, 2x2 rib, 14 rounds. Change to MC: 68 rounds. Heel in CC, picked up 20 with MC.
Gusset decreases and foot in MC. Toe decreases in CC until 12 sts left, graft.
I knitted these socks for myself at first, but my Mum loved them so much that I couldn't resist and now they belong to her (she will soon have as much handknit socks as me).
More details and pics can be found on my ravelry project page.
Oh, and I have exciting news to share: my pattern "By the Seine River" has been translated in French (thanks to Wonderliza), and a KAL is organized on In the Loop's group! Feel free to subscribe!
Wishing you a lovely week!
